Abstract
This annual report presents the activities and achievements of the Association of European Schools of Planning (AESOP) during the period July 1995–June 1996. It includes reports from the President, Secretary General, and Treasurer, covering developments in planning education, organisational governance, membership growth, finances, and international cooperation. The report documents key AESOP initiatives, including the 9th AESOP Congress held in Glasgow in 1995, activities of the Working Groups on Planning Education and Doctoral Education, preparations for future congresses and seminars, and efforts to strengthen European collaboration in planning education through the SOCRATES programme. The publication provides an overview of AESOP’s strategic priorities, institutional development, and educational agenda during the mid-1990s.
