| dc.description.abstract | Multicultural demands and spatial transformations have fostered emerging consumption spaces, particularly youth subcultural venues in Chinese cities. Focusing on Nanjing’s historic urban core, this study utilizes Dianping POI data to examine the spatial distribution patterns of youth subcultural spaces and their influencing factors within a multicultural context. GIS analysis reveals a “single-core with three subcentres” spatial configuration and point-axis development structure. SLM spatial lag models identify key agglomeration determinants: commercial density, catering density, cultural facility density, landmark density, and residential density. These spaces facilitate autonomous renewal of traditional commercial areas while creating inclusive social environments for youth, representing a transformative trend in urban consumption space evolution. | |
